All ticket protection policy that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars. No other currency or method of payment will be accepted.
We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover via PayPal for qualifying transactions.
Who You Are Buying From
Fansure acts as the agent for ticket protection policy and is not affiliated with any NBA ticket providers whether it was purchased directly or indirectly through third party sellers. Fansure Inc. handles only the transaction for ticket protection policy and will not be responsible for any other previous or future transaction to other affiliates.
Protection obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
Pricing and Availability
We provide ticket protection policy, which means we are not affiliated with the ticket pricing of the event. We only set the cost of the ticket protection policy based on original purchaser’s ticket price. Protection policy is intended to be sold solely to those who already purchased tickets. If original tickets are sold through resale, terms of protection will be voided. Fansure may charge fulfillment, shipping, service, or other fees for using our services. Fansure may change such fees at any time, including after you purchase any of our products.
Conditions for Getting a Refund
The following terms and conditions must be met in order to be eligible for a claim:
Buyers must declare the player(s) they wish to insure and the game which they have purchased tickets for in advance of purchasing the ticket protection policy.
Buyers must submit proof of purchase of tickets including date of purchase and ticket purchase amount. Ticket protection policy is non-transferrable.
Ticket protection policy must be purchased prior to public announcement of injury (including but not limited to: NBA press releases, social media accounts from the applicable team or player, social media accounts from news reporters/journalists, Bleacher Report, The Vertical), suspension, or other reason for a player missing a game or 48 hours before the game - whichever comes first.
In order to be refunded for a player(s)’s absence, the player must have missed the game due to the covered reason(s) only.
For DNP - Rest, the phrase “DNP - Rest” must appear in the official box score - either on NBA.com or ProSportsTransactions.com.
For injury, injury must be listed on the official box score - either on NBA.com or ProSportsTransactions.com.
For any Fansure reimbursements not given due to not meeting criteria above, please reach out to Fansure directly for any disputes.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm via your Fansure account or Fansure customer service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Service Fees and Order Processing Fees
Ticket protection policy purchased on our Site are typically subject to a per ticket service fee and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In the case of ticket transfer to any other parties who did not originally purchase the ticket protection policy, the protection will be voided.
Number of Protection Policy or "Protection Limits"
When purchasing protection policy on our Site, you are limited to purchase protection policy for the number of ticket to the game you have at the time of purchase. Furthermore, the protection cannot be at a value above 100% of the face value of the ticket price -- we will not include any other service fees, delivery fees, or other transaction fees you may have incurred at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and ticket protection policy without notice to you in case of violation of our policy. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Canceled or Rescheduled Events
If an event is canceled, Fansure Inc will automatically issue you a full refund with exclusion of service fee and order fee to the original method of payment you used to purchase the ticket protection policy.
If the event was moved or rescheduled, the ticket protection policy will automatically protect the new rescheduled date and you will not need to make any adjustment to your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing our service, carefully review your game and player selection. Our ticket protection policy generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a service has been purchased.
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to services you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from Fansure Inc. Should you do so, your refuse the right to honor pending and future ticket protection policy purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
If we issue you a refund for ticket protection policy due to a canceled event, we will issue a refund of the full protection policy cost excluding the service fee and order fee. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the service. We will not be liable for any expenses outside of the full protection policy cost that you or anyone else may incur in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after billing address and other billing information have been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Fansure customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order without further notice.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for ticket protection policy is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order protection policy outside of its purchase period, then we will have the right to cancel that protection policy (or the order for the policy) and refund the amount you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction from the website or other Fansure operated system.
Multiple Browser Windows
When ordering ticket protection policy with us, please ensure you are looking for protection policy and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up protection policy using multiple browser windows could result in unexpected errors.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injuries or mishaps that may happen during an event. We only provide protection policy for pre-determined players missing the game and we are not liable for any factors outside of the limited liability we provide from our protection policy.
