Conditions for Getting a Refund

A few things to make sure before purchasing Fansure and/or receiving your refund:

 

1. BUYERS MUST DECLARE THE PLAYER(S) THEY WISH TO INSURE AND THE GAME  WHICH THEY HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS FOR IN ADVANCE OF PURCHASING FANSURE (SUBMITTING PAYMENT).

 

2. BUYERS MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF TICKET PURCHASE INCLUDING DATE OF PURCHASE AND TICKET PURCHASE AMOUNT.  FANSURE PURCHASES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

 

3. FANSURE MUST BE PURCHASED PRIOR TO PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF INJURY, SUSPENSION, OR OTHER REASON FOR A PLAYER MISSING A GAME AND AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE GAME.

 

4. COVERED PLAYER(S) WHO MISS ATTENDED GAME MUST BE OFFICIALLY LISTED AS "DID NOT PLAY" IN THE OFFICIAL NBA BOX SCORE IN ORDER FOR INSURANCE BUYER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM A REFUND.  

 

5. IF BUYERS ARE APPROVED BY FANSURE OF THEIR PURCHASE, WE WILL SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOTIFYING OUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASE.  CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING A CONFIRMATION WAS RECEIVED AND REIMBURSEMENTS WILL NOT BE HONORED UNLESS ORIGINAL FANSURE PURCHASE WAS APPROVED BY US.
